Not just Stan Lee, but also families of Jack Kirby & Steve Ditko as well as anyone who collaborated with him throughout his years in Marvel. They deserve the royalties as much as Stan Lee does as they are responsible for laying the foundations of each Marvel superheroes.
Personally, Stan Lee has enough royalties for now, as long as any major studio recognize his ownership of the characters.

Of course. He had a cameo in every comic-turned-movie he made like Daredevil and X-men
