some say there is a Skull and Bones society at Yale and Harvard University, and that its members later become prominent politicians, CIA directors, presidents etc. Does anyone know of this, and if so, where would I read about the information?

As a secret member of the Skull and Bones society...I am going to offer you some hints about our inner workings.

1) NO HARVARD students

2) The Skull belongs to Geronimo, it was stolen from a Florida Prison Graveyard by a President's Forefather

3) Our society is filled with both Republicans and Democrats

4) We have oath ceremonies that involve nudity, bows and ribbons...oh and a coffin.

5) We are not as powerful as we once thought we were.

look into...Bohemian Club, Freemasons, and the Illuminati plus Trilateral Commission and Council of Foreign Relations.

Yes, Skull and Bones is a "secret society" a Yale university. Many of the known members of the society come from prominent families. Their association with each other reinforces existing advantages due to their wealth and societal connections.

The current president, as well as his father, was a member of skull and bones while at Yale.

There is a Skull and Bones society in Yale. Now whether it influences any type of politics or has any sort of control I don't know. Just google it and check the websites that claimed Skull and Bones is very powerful and influences our government.

Yes, there really is such a group at Yale University. It formed in 1832. George W. Bush and Bush Sr. were both members, as was William Taft and John Kerry.

(You must have just seen The Good Shepherd, huh?) :-)

If you go to New Haven you can see the actual building. When I was a student it was known as the place that spent a lot on hookers every friday night. That all changed when they started accepting woman. They have since reorganized themselves into a secret sub society of SB to aviod women having access to the true SB society. A true SB member recieves $25,000 a yr as a member to do as he wishes with, plus access to a private island.
