I have that issue. I LOVE the look of that nail polish. It is Very tricky.
1.Paint Nails Solid Color.
2.Pick three colors that you want to drip.
3.Put a big drop of plish on your nail in any spot.
4.Tap your finger nail oon the table.
5.It should drip.
6.Repeat with other colors if desired.

i am not for sure this will work but how i think just get like kind of alot of polish at the bottom of the nail polish brush and then just drizzle it on the nail.....it says use three diffrent colors to create a splatter affect!!!!!!! hope that helped!..

some people have that from there ancestors and of there heritage not all people have it
