Yes, you need to get the tires changed, change the oil, check all the other fluids, and get a tuneup. You need to have a mechanic check it out that it is safe to drive. And make sure that your tags and insurance haven't expired. Same with your drivers licence if you haven't been using it! My brother the mechanic says it's better to be safe than sorry, and have them take a special look at the breaks -- want to make sure that you are safe!

yes, especially if the tires were sitting on the ground. they tend to get flat spots unless the tires are of off the ground. also tires dry out and crack. they could blow out at high speeds.

are there cracks in the tire walls? if yes then u defineteley need to change them. if not they should be ok but have a spare set handy just in case.

My dad (the mechanic) says yes because the rubber dry rots. Very dangerous!
