Jeep is right, you really don't need a toner it's all a myth, your stripping your skin of essential oils, my advise is to read the beauty bible, its got good tips there but if your still hell bent on the idea of a toner then go for Elemis, expensive I know but its the best.

buying an expensive skin care line isn't necessarily a waste of $$, there are alot of benefits but some of the less expensive lines are very good too. Clinque (though it doesn't smell the greatest it does work, kinda like buckleys) and Olay is good as well. If you want a more prestige line that is my favorite is Lancome, for the amount of $$ that you end up spending it is sooooo worth it!

Toners don't really do anything, if you wash your face well you don't need one. Also, you don't need to moisturize unless you have extremely dry skin. Don't waste you money on useless products. Less is better. I used to get sucked into buying all that crap too until I bought the book "Don't go to the Cosmetics Counter Without me" by Paula Begoun. Check out her web site, you'll save alot of money. I love her products.
