I got this mp3 player - phillips -and a napster card for christmas. The files that I bought can't play on my mp3 player. What's the point? How can I play the napster files on my mp3 player?

Napster's files are copy protected so you can't play them on anything except the PC you download them on.
There are a FEW mp3 players that can play them. Check with the Philips web site to see if yours is.

you have to make sure that your player is compatible to napster. Napster only accepts certain players.
