I only watch neighbours every so often, but it seems that the story lines are getting more ridiculous by the week. Is that generally true, or is it just Neighbours!!

I think they are. you cant even watch a soap wedding without something happening.And serious soaplines like affairs,abortions and deaths are ok once in a while but it seems now that it every time you turn on a soap something like that is happening.

I don't think it is because the story lines are so far fetched. I think it is because they follow suit on the story lines...i.e someone gets preganant and has affair in Eastenders it also happens in Corry..this drives me crazy but like a fool I still watch ;)

Yes I have stopped watching them, Coronation Street was my favourite but the story lines are just ridiculous

Ive stopped watching neighbours as everytime i tune in theres always something stupid happening.
I prefer home and away

i can say with my hand on hart that i have not watch a soap in over a year !! it was not like this when i was young it cant be because that's all i use to do is watch them sad really if you think about it :-(

My Mom and sister stop everything to watch them. I see them as comedies.
