lil caplets sometimes held in wrist bands or in the mouth.
Some ppl say they take out a razor and cut themselves but that would be stupid as hell.

They put a small razor blade under their skin, at the first hit, it makes a painless cut and bleed for a few minutes. Good old trick since decades.

they use fake blood from caplets and do also cut like their forhead look at old wwe stars for the scars on forehead

good question since everthing in wwe is fake, the blood must be too.
