My sister and I share a computer and we don't really like the same music. If I have just changed the songs and update my iPod, when she plugs in her iPod and opens up iTunes it automatically updates her iPod with my songs. How can we fix this?

Make seperate playlists of the music you like. In iTunes, before you plug your iPod in, select the option to "download from playlist..." and choose your playlist.

I'd been having the same problem! My sister and I don't love all the same songs either.

Under iTunes, you select iPod in the Source pane, or iPod nano, or whatever iPod you have. Then you click the Summary tab. After that, go to Options, then click Manually Manage Music. Then click Apply.

After you've done this, you can insert and delete individual songs from your iPod.

Hope I helped!
