No, why should you? You can think what you want, (at least so far). And who is to say you are not right. My oldest boy believes in Loch Ness, and I have always believed in Big Foot. It's not stupid to believe in such things. Maybe that belief will lead into marine biology or some other science. And one day you may prove everybody wrong. Many people thought Christopher Columbus was going to sail off the edge of our flat world. And look at what he accomplished.

Perhaps they aren't such stupid things. Many people have spent their lifetimes and vast amounts of money to try and prove that both the Yeti and Loch Ness monster exist. So long as you know that many people find it ridiculous - and you're open to going for help, I'd say you just have an healthy interest in the subject.
My area is UFO's - No one will ever convince me that they don't exist. I still think the vast majority of reports can be explained phenomena and that many people claim lights in the sky are alien craft. I go to many UFO meetings, some people who go, I think are really very eccentric and perhaps a little obscure. (Notice, I think I am more normal and rational ;-) lol)

Seeing it and believing are two different things. If you said you saw Bigfoot and the Loch Ness monster playing with a PSIII in your living room, I'd say you should seek help.

You're entitled to your beliefs. And no, they're not stupid.

Why would myths/legends like that persist throught the ages if there wasn't at least some basis in fact. Egotistical humans we are, I still think that there is much about this Earth that we don't know. Creatures such as thse would have to have survived a long time and through all kinds of different circumstances. They're just better at hiding than we are at finding.

Blessings,
Zimmi

Why not? We never harm anyone be believing in them. I was fortunate enough to spend a week on Loch Ness, though I never saw the creature personally. I was excited and extremely watchful. It was fun. Like the story of the fisherman with no hooks. He was fishing for relaxation. Believe away and enjoy the search. It can do no harm.

I am an extreme skeptic and yet I am 99 per cent sure that bigfoot exists based on a review of the available evidence but I wouldn't say I believe it exists since that seems to have connotations of thinking you know something without looking at the evidence. You shouldn't believe in anything unless you looked at all the available evidence and even then you must be prepared to change your mind as new evidence is found.

i myself believe in those types of things and i am 54 yrs. old. there are mysteries that science and religion just cant solve. why cant there e big foot and lock ness monsters and such. we are continually finding new sea life. we arent saying anyone is crazy for that. i think it peaks your imagination and makes you question everything. and i think that is a good thing. so you keep discovering more mysteries and you two have fun with it. maybe someday you will see one of these things and then you"ll l know for sure,it is real. happy holidays.

Loch Ness Monster was an admitted fake, but Bigfoot is so real, you can smell him... ...They travel by mountains and seen mostly in Oregon.

These things are NOT stupid!
Therefore you NEED NOT seek help!
Of course, these things are not really true, but that doesn’t make you less worthy as human beings. Enjoy your imagination!!!
