They should talk this out, first off if its equally theirs (each owning 1/2) thenthey should have to say ahead of time, well I was planning on bring it to my girlfriends house today. Or break days up, like one gets it Monday, the next gets it Tuesday, and so on, leaving Sunday yours...:0
It seems your 20-yearold is hogging it, and thats not fair, if not try talking to him, say basicly what you siad here.

Sell it and give them half each, and tell them good luck in buying what they want. Or go out and buy a second one. Another thing you can do is set up a time table or days when they can have the 360, like one gets it Mon and Tuesday and the other gets it on Wednesday and Thursday. Also telling them that no-one can take the 360 out of the house may work as well.

NO MATTER WHAT AN AGREED SCHEDULE WILL NOT WORK!
From experience with my brother I can tell you it will stay the same unless one of them loses interest. One suggestion: Have them compromise. Have them agree that one of them pays 225.00 to the other to own it fully. Then the one receiving the money can buy a game system, hand held game, etc. for taking it out of the house. (If they cant afford 225.00 right away, you can be the banker to help resolve it faster.)
OR
You can say neither one can take it out of the house. Unless the one pays the other an agreed amount to give up his right to make any decisions about the game.

3 options:
-Either don't let them take it anywhere.
-Or let them split the cost of a 2nd 360 so there wont be anymore fights.
-Or you can just buy another 360.

I honostly would try to go for the 2nd 360, my brother and I have tried to share a console and it didn't work out so great once he wanted to take it places. Especially since he was older he felt like he could tell me what to do. We tried a system like above have said and it would still just end in fighting if he wouldn't bring it home, and especially now with 360's breaking is something to think about it too.

The best thing to do is to make a shedule type idea. Monday is one guys turn, Tuesday is another guys turn, ETC. If they fight over it, tell them, your acting more like 7 and 6 year olds.... Then YOU take the Xbox from them and then they will learn.

If it doesn't work, sell it and give back the money! Simple!

The simplest thing to do is keep it in the house at all times. Either that, or you COULD let them trade off every other weekend or something... or, just get another one.

You should tell them that it should not leave the house unless one pays for the rest of it, on top of that it's not good for consoles like that to be moving around so much and picking up all that excess dirt.
