There are many to choose from and many worse than my answer, but the first thing on my mind when I posted this question was hypocrisy.

The Death Penalty.
Over a 120 people formerly on death row have been exonerated because DNA evidence proved them to be innocent of the crimes for which they were convicted.
Innocent people have been put to death. Our system is flawed and there needs to be a moratorium at the very least on the death penalty.
The U.S. is one of the few countries in the world that still has a death penalty. A few others are Iran and Pakistan.
Ours is supposed to be the greatest country on earth. Surely we can do better.
And have you noticed the same people who are against abortion are pro-death penalty? There's hypocrisy for you.

Racism comes to mind first - in all its forms - entrenched poverty, discrimination in housing, jobs, etc., and exploitation of entire nations of "brown" people because of the natural resources, not caring about the displacement or genocide inflicted on the peoples there.
Health care. Health care is a human right and should not be only for those who can afford it or who can get it through a job. We need nationalized health insurance in the U.S., a single-payer program like Canada and Scandinavia. The quality of life of millions of people would improve if we did this. Since the Bush administration is so corrupt, however, the best idea is to wait until the Rethugs are out of office, since any program they instituted would be corrupt, full of cronyism, and run by incompetents.

OMG soooooo many. People who try to convert me to their religion, people who don't use critical thinking in their everyday life, the lack of progress in women's issues, when chilld molesters and murderers go free, when animal abusers aren't punished, people ignorant to global warming, when you're at a 4 way stop sign and everyone thinks it's their turn to go (or when no one goes and everyone's just sitting there), and teenage drivers!

The fact that child molesters are protected in prison and Scott peterson gets to spend the rest of his life with someone waitng on him hand and foot.

hypocrisy, when people turn their back to you when they got what they wanted, lies, people who joke with serious things and can't understand their importance, ignorance, cheating and there are so many others...these are the ones I can thing about right now.

Parents who have not the will or consciousness to act the way they are supossed to. Children who have to suffer being the sons of such fathers.
