They're brothers in the sense that they're from completely different families, have a working relationship, and probably spunk all the cash they make on motorbikes, drink and hookers. They're not brothers. Don't believe everything you see on tv.

The Undertaker and Kane are not brothers or related for that matter. The Undertaker's real name is Mark Calloway, and Kane's real name is Glen Jacobs.

The Undertaker and Kane are storyline-wise "half-brothers". Its part of their gimmick. They are not realy blood brothers.

It is just story line coz Mark Calaway (Taker) waz born in Houston while Glen Jacobs is from Knoxville and was born in Spain....Lane Huffman the first Kane was alos from Houston but was black and also had no family ties w/ Calaway
