I voted for Bush and would again depending on what was happening with the GWT (greater war on terror) If people can't stand behind their vote, even thou I agree he has made many a blunder, we still haven't had an attack on our soil in over 5 years. I think BDS has overtaken so many liberals and the main stream press blatant bias that it is now wonder there isn't many who want to associate with GW. I say who cares, he has kept us safe here at home. Yes there is a war going on,however more people are killed in our hospitals,on our cities streets and on our roadways than have ever been killed in Vietnam. So give him some slack, he is our president. If you don't like him there will be an election coming up in '08, then see who is running who will protect us first before giving our butts away to the mullahs or to the Mexican government.

Had I voted, I would have voted for him back then. I'll freely admit to it. Saw him as the lesser of two evils. Now, he's shown enough bad leadership that I'd prolly not vote for him anymore.
Are you saying nobody is admitting they voted for him anymore in your area? Or just that nobody would vote for him. Also, what part of the country are you in? Remember, the vote was split pretty evenly among rural and urban areas. Basically, the coasts versus the middle of the country. Also, his ratings have tanked during his second term.
I'm not quite sure what you're asking, but those factors can help explain whatever it is you're seeing or asking about.

And Bush only got 50.7% of the popular vote. That election was close too and Dubya was lucky that his lead didn't slip completely through his hands. I didn't vote for him in 2004 and in 2000 I was only 16. And yes it's strange but what can you do. By the way, it took him 3 years to tell us that we're not doing well in Iraq. Who knows, we all might see a better future but we have to be together.

20% of the voting populous voted for Bush. The rest of the votes were stolen to make him look more popular. 20% still support Bush. As loud roaring bullies, it seems like they are more people. But that's all he EVER had-- 20%.

Wrong.... I voted for him... I just said it, I've said before, and I'll say it in the future. Talk to something other than another liberal and you could be surprised that there are other opinions out there.

No offense intended in this question: You're not American are you? The rest of the world has this false misconception that just because Bush is the president that most or all Americans wanted him. Not true. In fact, more than 50% of Americans wanted Gore in 2000, but because of our wonderful electoral college, Bush won. Barely. And the only reason why he barely won again in 2004 was people's fear of uncertainty in regards to our war in Iraq & terrorism.

Well, there were rumours of stuffing the electronic ballot box, so maybe the "poll" you're taking now is more accurate than the vote counts of 2000 and 2004.

Because he's done such a terrible job as President and they're ashamed to admit they voted for him.
