my girlfriends ex boyfriend is constantly texting and talking ot my gf, telling her how much he likes her and what not.. she see's it as harmless.. i wanna kill him lol..
he's extremely built cos his dad is a weightlifter.. so i cant confront him in... for common sense purposes..
how do i tell the gf that it's hurtful to me.. every time i try to , she tells me that he is still her friend and nothing will happen, but i know that her ex will always secretly and harmlessly try to get in about..

!!!!! she tells me she needs someone to talk to besides from me cos she stays a while away from friends... he stays next door, which makes it worse, eh ? !!!!!

Unfortunately it doesn't sound very good.
If she is not willing to create some space between her and her ex (all is needed is for her to ask him not to contact her as much/so often), and her only reason is that she needs someone else to talk to (which is fair enough) she is not being at all considerate to you and your feelings as she should be able to understand why this slightly odd set-up is threatening to you. Having an ex that close is going to always be difficult & I think the best thing is to tell her how you feel with the whole situation and if she can't see it from your point-a-view then I don't really see how this (or any other) relationship working for her as how many blokes are going to comfortable with such a set up? She needs to realise it isn't about "something happening" just about feeling secure in YOUR relationship with her - which from what you have said she has made attempt to do.
Good luck mate as I think you may need it, but fingers crossed for you!

just tell her you cant handle the friendship and she needs to stop. she shouldnt need that kind of attention from her ex if she has you so it shouldnt be a problem to stop talking to him. if she wont stop then you should probably look for someone else because she probably still has feelings for him.
