this is not a free site , it is paid for by the advertisers who post their ads wher you read them, since yahoo is an American Co, censorship is not legal under the Ist amendment, especiall since the liberals and Jew's can and do use much more offense , vulgar language than the consertives, yet their questions are never deleted nor their accounts closed,I seldom see conserveatives use such language or insulting to others, yet their questions are deleted or their accounts closed, why??

no censorship is not legal in any public forum, such as a news media who prints something derogatory about you or some topic you support, they are required to give you equal time for your response so you may re butt the statement or? or else face libel charges and violation of your civil rights

Okay, well, I'll ignore your racism and anti-liberal diatribe, since that's obviously stupid....

Yahoo is a privately owned website. As such, it can censor as much as it likes. You don't like it? Open another one. The owners of Yahoo get to decide what gets said, and if they don't like something, they can delete it. Heck, even government owned websites are under no constraint to keep every piece of drivel posted to their boards up. You can certainly fight that in the courts, if you feel your free speech rights are being infringed upon, but you won't have much luck whining about privately-owned sites.

First Amendment rights are about making sure that everyone can have their say. That doesn't mean that, say, a publisher has to publish your book on the Zionist takeover of Yahoo, for instance, particularly if they are a largely Jewish publishing house or one that specializes in cook books. You can find someone else, or open your own publishing house. However, if the government declares that any anti-Zionist book is illegal to print, or if the publishing houses have a monopoly and keep crushing your little fledgling house so you can't print your book, you can go after them then for censorship and monopolies.

Do you have a question or even a coherent complaint?

The 1st Amendment relates to the gov't. Not private individuals or companies. Yahoo is not the gov't and is therefore free to censor whoever the hell they like.

Also, free speech is a right under the 1st Amendment, but that doesn't mean other laws can't limit what you can say.

I'm not quite sure what the liberals and Jew comments have to do with anything. I'm a conservative and don't feel censored at all on here.

OK, first, the Bill of Rights protects you from the government, not corporations. Not yahoo! Not their advertisers. Second, there are different types of speech, and low value speech or speech that incites violence, danger or illegality is not protected. Cussing and bashing are low value and even the government can "censor" them.
