Yep, and what you do to solve this solution as the NCP (non custodial parent) is going to shock you, but as an NCP myself, do it: go down to the CSE and fill out an order of child support on yourself and get it to the court.
Why? Because all that money you are paying right now is considered a "gift" (yeah that's right, your Santa Effing Clause all year long according to our courts). If you get a court order and a wage assignment (they used to be called garnishments before CSE tried to PR jedi mind trick everybody into think they weren't so bad), you will have a set amount that will be deducted and will count. And while child support can be bad, it ain't gonna leave you with 50 bucks a check.
That way, if she tries to hit you up for more, guess what bro? You can say no. She whines to the court, she has to file modification and prove circumstances have changed.
Oh, and when you fill out the amounts, if you don't know how much she makes, find out how much a 40 hour a week minimum wage job is and put that in for her figure.

Is there a court order for child support? If not, you need one! If so, then read it and see what it says. If it says $200 every two weeks, then that’s what you have to pay.

That sounds pretty excessive. You should involve the court. It would be in your best interest. They they can take the correct amount of child support right out of your check and you won't evne have to deal with her about the money. You sound like a good guy. Good guys finish last. Hasn't anyone told you? It's great that you want to take care of your kid(s), but you have to take care of yourself, too. Don't let her take advantage of you just because she has your kid(s).

oh boy you are asking for trouble. this happened to my brother. here's what my understanding is. all of the money you are giving her may be seen as a gift. if she wanted to she can take you to court and ask for child support and tell the court you have not paid her a thing so pay her with checks and make sure you write on it (child support) i would keep the check stubs if it was me. talk to a lawyer and check to see what the laws are in your state. good luck from the american haitian sensation.

Consult an attourney versed in family law. I have two children and would be grateful for the % that I am entitled to but 3 states have been unable to track the looser. (Just as well in some ways my kids are better off). She sounds very greedy and you are entitled enough to support yourself. She should be glad that you pay ANYTHING volentarily. Good for you as you obviously love your children.

toddler help and custody are 2 diverse themes. the two would desire to be courtroom ordered. when you consider that your father replaced into courtroom ordered to pay toddler help on your mom, that's what he's doing. when you consider which you mom replaced into granted custody of you by using yet another courtroom order, you persevere along with her. in case you opt to stay alongside with your father, and your mom isn't keen to permit you to achieve this, he could opt to flow back to courtroom and petition that the unique ruling giving your mom custody be overturned. to ensure that that to be triumphant, he could would desire to tutor that living alongside with your mom is a threat on your existence and risk-free practices. So no, you announcing you do unlike your mom (as all infants your age do faster or later) won't make a choose overrule an present custody order.

she can have up to 21% of what you make each payperiod for three kids and 17% for 2 children. I would take it to court.

I think expecting another $200 is unreasonable. Maybe half, but NO on the total amount.
