Small stuff: Make the most of my physical appearance (regular manicures and pedicures, dress well, regular haircuts, tone up and weigh less etc). Reduce any swearing that might occasionaly pop out (oops).

Big stuff: Be very very grateful. Smile at people. Listen to other people's perspectives (and don't just focus on my own). Be especially kind to my husband and daughter. Tidy my house on a daily basis. Do my best at my PhD.

i will make more healthy food decisions and not listen to what other ppl say. have confidence in myself and be more happy the merrier the better
