My doctor said it was fine to exercise but not to let my heart rate get over 150, but check with your doctor

I was riding a bike up until I was 6 month's pregnant and it was almost an everyday routine. I also walked everysingle day and went swimming. I think that exercise is the best thing during pregnancy it keeps you fit and healthy so you deliver a healthy baby but don't over do it cause too much can lead to miscarriage. Limit how much you do to about 30 minutes or less a day and when running when you start sweating alot your body is telling you to slow down cause you could become dehydrated and that puts risks on the baby as well.

If it was part of your regular routine before you got pregnant it's normally fine aslong as you don't have any complications.

I jogged in my first pregnancy until it was no longer comfortable for me. It was around 5 months when I stopped.

Be sure to talk with your doctor. They normally just don't like you starting something new.

Moderate exercise is actually good for you and the baby. I wouldn't run, per se, but walking is great, some yoga is REALLY good, and light weight lifting is good.

As always though, because I don't know your medical history, double check with your doctor for your specifics.
