I'm not sure about your numbers. I think some estimates of the number of innocent Iraqis killed in THIS war is about 700,000, and Hussein killed 400,000 Kurds or so with our help. Was Rumsfeld around for that? He used to be quite friendly with Hussein. Maybe Rumsfeld can have credit for the 400,000 Kurds we helped Hussein kill.

I get your point and really like the idea of mocking him until we get bored with it, and then hanging him.

Maybe Bush has a point about entitlement - starting with
