I get the error about the digital signature stuff.. "unknown publisher"
I get this from the official macromedia-adobe website.

i tried enabling "download unsigned activex controls" in the security tab under internet options, but that does not help.

Well, first of all, Window Vista isn't on public... So that means that you are a Window's tester or you just got the beta version...

I doubt that you're a Window's tester, so I assume that you got the beta version...

Well, "BETA" says it all... It's a beta. So it's proned to have lots of problems. Also, there is lots of reports about how VISTA is so unstable. Unless you get the OFFICIAL version of VISTA, use WINDOW XP...

I'm not mocking you or anything, but you should try to re-install VISTA... you might have installed it wrong... Or the VISTA itself is corrupt.

I am experiencing the a similiar issue. I can not install Adobe Flash either. I was able to get around it for now by installing a older version from http://www.oldversion.com/program.php?n=flashp

Good luck. If you find a better solution please post about it. I would like to run the newest version because of security fixes.
