I have been taking birth control pills for about a month. I'm on the 21 day pills. Now im going to start taking another pack of pills this sunday. Can i have unprotected sex on sunday?

I'd say yes. It's generally admitted that you should use a back-up method until you've been on a full cycle of your pill. Since sunday, you're gonna be finished your first cycle, then it's safe that you're gonna be protected greatly against pregnancy even if you don't use a condom.
But just remember that the pill does not protect you from STD. So be sure to both get tested. You know, you can always still use a condom as a back-up method if you want. It won't do any harm and it makes sometimes things feel smoothier. It's up to you.
