There hasnt been one confirmed but toy story is the only cg film they did that with so its doubtful.

Hollyweird, CA. AHA! BLOGOLICIOUS! has just learned of plans for a sequel to the hit Disney-Pixar film Finding Nemo. Details are currently sketchy, but apparently, the sequel picks up where the original left off. Only now, Marlin, the father fish, searches once more for his son, Nemo, only to find him at a local Ivar's Fish Bar. Nemo has apparently fallen deeply in love with the well-known sour cream condiment substitute, IMO. Will Marlin find his son in time to save him from a fate worse than deep-frying?
Projected release for the film is slated for early 2009.

Hopefully not. The first Finding Nemo was great, and alot of times if a second movie comes out, it's not so good and it ruin the first movie...like Grease 2.
But other times it good..like Pirates of the Carribean 2 Dead Mans Chest.
