My friend is 8 hours away and has track phone. That is how we have kept in touch over the holiday season. He has added units twice before......why won't it let him add more this time???
Help please....it is nice to keep in touch with a friend over this holiday season!!

The point to this question is WHY won't the phone let him add more units!!

Check with Tracfone Customer Service, it most likely has something to do with their system. The other possibility is that the pin# was entered wrong. The tool free number is (800)867-7183 if you don't know it.

Why did he buy Track phones? Those are a total rip off. Even GoPhones are cheaper. Anyways, if he paid for the units and the phone won't take them, then he should complain to the company.

Track phones are way to expenseve, get Cingular Go phones, they are cheap, only 20.00 at walmart and it comes with 10.00 in time on it, and it is only 1.00 a day for unlimited calls to other cingular phones, or .10 a min for all others.
