i just wanna know which one is better and WHY??

You can't go wrong with any engineering degree.

It depends on what you want to do. If you like looking at computer code all day long, then go with CSE.

An EE is going to be more involved in blue-prints and designing real, physical devices and electical power distribution issues.

I would say, however, that there is probably more potential to make a lot of money with CSE. I have an uncle who, though he has an MBA, worked in computer software design and he's a 10x millionaire.

My grandfather is an EE, and he's very successful as well, but not Ferrari successful.

the one thats better is the one you like more :) EE on average pays better, and is more specific to computer hardware and power, CS is hardware and software and classes cover a broader spectrum of computers, CS has more programming classes. . .EE is usually seen as harder. . that's all i got for you
