Open 2 windows: Limewire and itunes. Then drag and drop your videos to itunes . After you dragged your videos to the itunes window, connect your ipod to the computer and when you can disconnect your ipod, yu can check if you have your videos. Good Luck!

First, U need to read the instrucions manual,
then see if the vidz format is compatible with the iPOD

itunes or windows media player..in media player click on 'sync' tab
