Judging from Stallone's movie fights I'd have to go with Arnold. Stallone has very poor defense and tries to throw only knockout punches to the head. Few jabs, no working the body, etc. This will result in him being arm weary before the 5th round, and also leaves him wide open for effective counterpunches. I haven't seen Arnie box in movies, but I can't see how he could be any worse than Stallone.

Arnie by 4th round KO.

I say Stallone as Arnold was only a body builder but Sly had some boxing training as well.

Stallone...no question...he has done some training as a boxer...and in his prime...he was one fit mother "shut yo mouth"
a boxer is lighter on their feet and You cannot be conditioned to "take-a-punch" like the kind you are trying to do with Karate or boxing. The average heavyweight boxer punches with 600 pounds of force per square inch. An advanced Karate black belt can punch with a force of 2000 pounds per square inch. .... Arnold was never in "boxing condition".... don't get me wrong...he was fit... i just don't think he could take a punch.

Stalone!!!
Arnold never really played a character where he was a trained fighter (Conan w/sword desn't count).
Sly has done 6 fighting movies, he has to have picked something up.

Sylvester. Arnold was not a fighter, he was a shooter. Sly was both.
