People who think stripping's a sin ought not (1) to strip, (2) to watch.

Other than that, it is victimless crime or sin.

Those who feel they've been assigned by God to make sure others don't strip or watch are overstepping the boundaries.

Me personally I don't think it is good. My best friend used to strip and she got into drugs, drinking alot and would wake up in a hotel room not knowing where she was. Thank God she quit. Also she said alot of pro athletes would come in the strip club and throw pennies at the dancers. I think it hurts peoples relationships cause there are too many married people who go in the strip clubs to cheat on their wifes/husbands. I think alot of strippers use the exscuse that they need the money for school or whatever. It is a lame exscuse cause I'm going to Nursing School and working full time to pay my way. It might take me longer but is sure will pay off in the end.I think you need respect your body and only show it to people you really love.

My goal in life as a father is to keep my daughter off the pole, I will know that I have failed at raising my daughter if she becomes a stripper. The majority of strippers have some sort of mental or physical abuse some time in their life, either from loved ones or not that has caused them not to love themselves or their Body. I'm sure you can pay your way through school by stripping or you can put food on the table by doing this profession. I will support the strippers in my local town maybe twice a year if my wife does not find out, but that is as far as my support goes.

Gee this is a hard question. I guess the answer lies in who is stripping and who is going to the strip clubs. For some women without an education - especially single parents, it is a good way to make tax free money and earn a decent living I guess. Hmm........it can be good or bad, it just depends on your perspective.

It can be a good thing to them and single people. Even though we know many married men and some woman go to watch strippers strip. It's their life, there choice, as long as they don't take it to extremes like having unprotected sex, like some do, or cause controversy within relationships. We can't change their minds, and some of them like the attention or feel they need it. I think there are better options in life, but to each is own.

Bad for the person in the business. Good for the owners of the club. Bad for society.

I personally don't get a kick out of seeing some woman dance and strip unless it is in my room and we are getting ready for bed , then I think it is wonderful to see my woman strip,
but, who am I to tell some one else it is bad or any thing else. no where in the bible have I seen an condemnation of some one stripping, but, have seen many many condemnations on gluttons
have you noticed the ones who complain most is fat ?? I don't feel it should be Illegal period , and if you enjoy it fine , and if you don't enjoy save your money and don't go to the strip joint,

I think it is an indvidual choice. However, the individual doing it needs to think about the residual results. For a woman doing it, she needs to think of her children if she has any. Children have enough difficulty with fitting in at school, without having added issues. Unfortunately, it usually leaks out, and it wouldn't be pleasant for the children.

If no children are involved, then as long as the person isn't be exploited, and is doing it without cohersion, I personally see no issue.

I would have to say bad all around.
I used to be a bouncer at a strip joint, and as far as i'm concerned, it's a bad scene.
The drugs, prostitution, and other criminal activity that is prevalent in that industry makes for many victims, both strippers and clients.

All of a matter of opinion, but I guess the question you have to ask yourself is would you want to live next door to a strip joint, for me the answer is no, but I like the thought that there are places like Las Vegas out there that have some wild side to it.
