Shortly ago I listened to a relaxation tape right before going to sleep then dreamt a man was trying to break through my bedroom window...
As an experiment, I listened to the same tape again and had the same dream.
When I listen to the other side of the tape I dream that two men are at my door with guns. Since I have never had this kind of dream before and the dreams coincided with my listening to the tapes at bed time, is it possible the tape was tampered with?

why would they tamper with something that not many people use. they would tamper with something that would get publicity

reading the news and watching it on TV
before you go to bed. Will cause these dreams
Also being worried about such things will cause the dream
relaxation tapes won't keep you from worrying in your sleep state

i have to admit if somehow someone could do something like that, that is wicked cool and i give them 4 thumbs up for ruining someones rem sleep...but at the same time that is kinda bad...but im a demented 18 year old with a heavy alcohol problem that makes my memory look like swiss cheese and i act like a cold blooded snake according to everyone so dont take what i say to heart.

have you listened to them? i mean not just before you go to sleep? if some one has tampered with them then you would be able to probably hear it
