i just wanna know which one is better and WHY??

I went with Computer Science back when I was in college, and I've never regretted it. Most Electrical Engineers end up basically programming much of the time (because modern circuit design tools work that way), and I think Computer Science is a better preparation.

Often you can graduate in 4 years in Comp Sci, but it takes 5 years in EE because of so many requied classes.

EE requires a lot more math than Comp Sci.

I believe there are more opportunities in Comp Sci (software development) than in EE (hardware development). This is because one team of a couple thousand people make the next Intel chip, and then millions of people write software to run on it.

The only advantage I can see for EE is the enjoyment of creating a physical device that works (compared to software which is more abstract).
