i have a wellworth bowl, Kohler,,,,,,,,,,do i have to use the same model , wellworth, tank or will any Kohler tank fit?

Your bowl requires a tank with three mounting screws. Most, but not all, Kohler two-piece toilets have the same tank mounting configuration. Go to the web site below for parts drawings of various toilet models to see whether the Kohler tank you are considering has the three mounting screw configuration.

any kohler tank will do, just make sure to measure the distance
from the seal to the wall, so it seals and fits to the wall properly.
If you have a standard toilet now stick to that, if an elongated
toilet replace it with the same....

You may find one that will fit other than the one made for it but it would be trial and error method
