I second the suggestion for Yahoo Small Business. The software is easy to use and you can start small and build up as your business does. Take the free trial and see what you think. You can also check out ProStores.com, owned by Ebay for their free trial and compare the two before you launch the site, register it with search engines, and distribute to the public. You can find more information on getting your products/services out there from the book, "Marketing without Money" by Nicholas E Bade. I found the book at my local library. Set your goals and then reach them!!!

It will probably take at least 3 years to learn enough to make a website like that.

Hire a freelancer. I suggest you start looking for one on these sites:
http://www.genuinejobs.com/members/jobs.php
http://www.ifreelance.com
Also, you could submit your url to search engines and directories so people will see your site once they do some searches. When you run your own site, you should be able to do some web marketing efforts too in order to drive people into your site.
In addition, you could also combine web marketing with offline marketing. Do a little marketing within your area. It would also be good if you start promoting your business to your friends and relatives and asking them to rely your business to their colleagues.
Good Luck!

You can design your own at Godaddy.com and they look like you spent thousands of dollars for someone else to do it. Also Dreamweaver is another good way to get a very beautiful website.

First read this:

It can be expensive to have a website built. It all depends
on what you want the website to do.
