Personally i love them both! They are both awesome in concert and very nice people. Right now my fav. song from BB is " Had Enough" and for Shinedown it would have to be "LSD" . \m/

I'm going to say its tought but Shinedown would be the one I would choose 45, Burning Bright, Better Version, Lost In The Crowd, Someday, Lady So Devine, etc... Breaking Benjamin So Cold, Untitled, The Diary Of Jane are really the only songs I listen to.

Never heard of Shinedown, but I love Breaking Benjamin (and I'm in my 50s!!). My daughter introduced their music to me.
