Like I have blue eyes and I my favorite color is blue.

the back of a persons eyeball is just the same from person to person , despite the color on the outside of the eyeball

Generally, no.
It's the density and proportion of the different cone cell lines in your retina that determine what colors you see better.

The article linked below talks a little about the cone cells. What's missing from the article is that the three different kinds of cone cells are not present in the retina in equal numbers -- and the proportion probably varies a little from person to person.

Note that our computer monitors and TV sets are made for our eyes. Other creatures with color vision may use a different system, perhaps having four, or only two, different kinds of color receptors. Your pet parrot probably thinks your TV screen looks really really strange!

Since there are few options for eye color (blue to brown and shades in between) and plenty of people whose favorite colors are well outside that range, that would pretty much kill that theory? Just how many people's favorite color is brown, anyway?

no.. maybe you like blue because you see it all the time


you can have gray eyes and see the same color as a person who has brown eyes.


the colors you see are are triggered in your brain.. so unless you are brain damaged, then you can see the same colors as another person.


just because you like blue and have blue eyes, it doesnt mean you can see blue better than anyone else.

Well, the color of their eyes doesn't really affect if they see better. In fact, the colors of your eyes are just the color of your pupils.

No. Also, the perception of what color a person eyes are is also dependant upon the type of light that they are in.

but if person is havin light coloured eyes due to less pigments they have prob while watchin in sunlight or bright light
but eye colour does not affect that wat color u see gud
