Is there any special care to be taken of?

Once you are erect the foreskin should be retracted, and it works the same as on a mutilated penis.

As foreskin is as variable in length, texture etc as the penis it covers, applying a condom over one is likely to be a personal trial or error. Only time and experience can properly answer your question - you may also want to try different types of condom.

I have found that because of having a long/loose foreskin which hardly moves at all when erect, I find using them difficult. If you are in a similar situation depending on your general size of penis, you could possibly try a smaller size condom - in any case I would recommend pulling the foreskin back prior to application.

Best of luck - I am considering, with medical advice, whether to have some or all of my foreskin removed. It may sound extreme but it probably is the only guaranteed solution.

no special care required although it is often best to retract the foreskin so any excess is trapped behind the head when the condom is unrolled over the head and down the shaft.

with your penis erect, reteract the foreskin completely and roll the condom on,,,you should be ok after that...no special care, but be sure to wash under the foreskin really well AND DRY at your next shower.
