I would be sympathetic for the rest of the family, but I would wonder the "why" behind it. I would try to help out as much as I could and leave the anger behind. My friend almost commited suicide. It's a horrible thing -- and anger doesn't help any.

I'm sad for them all. We can't know what was going on in her head. I think that you can be angry that it happened, but I'm not sure it's fair to be angry at her. Just try to be supportive of those she left behind.

It's natural to feel injured by this...it affects everyone...her family struggling to understand why she did this...friends left not knowing exactly how to react..but wanting to be there for your friends..it is all hectic and a mess...time will help readjust to new circumstances...give what comfort you can and let your healing start...your friend can use whatever help is offered..sorry to hear that it came to pass this way...let your friend know that he/she is loved and there is reason to continue on..

Good luck to all of you

I know I definitely would be angry but I would also be sad, too.

I wouldn't be angyr - I would feel sad, upset and hurt that something was that bad and I didn't notice.

I won't be angry. I'd be very sympathetic with the family.

yes.its as if she did it out of spite.like "i'll fix them!"-like she wanted to inflict the maximum pain and distress she could.
