Pixar first short is The Adventures of André and Wally B, before they went to making Luxo Jr.

Way before that, John Lasseter's first short is Lady And The Lamp.

Pixar's first official feature film would be, of course, Toy Story.

The first Pixar film created was a short film entitled Something (forgot the first word) Jr.! Y'know the lamp in the pixar thing before each pixar movie? That's where they got that, I believe the first film can be viewed before the VHS or DVD of Toy Story...

Toy Story, with Disney, was Pixar's first feature length film. They had a little short that debuted at the Sundance film fest (I think it was Sundance) that had a little desk lamp hopping around. It became their logo.
