I thought the movie was very well done. The historical bits included surprised me some. It was something certainly a bit more educating than recent films.

We will be seing it, the premise of the story seems like fun, and of course the actors, especially Dick Van ..... & others make up a good mix. Anything based around proven history and the setting in the museum, just provide the right atmosphere.

Its really a amazing attraction for kids and adults. This movie is about Good-hearted dreamer Larry Daley (Ben Stiller), despite being perpetually down on his luck, thinks he's destined for something big. But even he could never have imagined how "big," when he accepts what appears to be a menial job as a graveyard-shift security guard at a museum of natural history. During Larry's watch, extraordinary things begin to occur: Mayans, Roman Gladiators and cowboys emerge from their diorama to wage epic battles; in his quest for fire, a Neanderthal burns down his own display; Attila the Hun pillages his neighboring exhibits and a T-Rex reminds everyone why he's history's fiercest predator. Amidst the chaos, the only person Larry can turn to for advice is a wax figure of President Teddy Roosevelt (Robin Williams), who helps our hero harness the bedlam, stop a nefarious plot, and save the museum.

I think it was alright but some of the actors just weren't used. Ricky Gervais just fell flat completely. Steeve Coogan and Owen Wilson, however, were fantastic together. I want to see more of that

I intend on seeing it, but I can't afford the cost of a ticket. I do love Ben Stiller.

I will go see it... it looks interesting and well done.

Actually... since I live about 75 miles from the nearest theater, I will wait until it hits Netflix and then I'll order it.

No. I'm now sick of the Ben Stiller schtick.
