No its not just you, loads of people think the same, write to the chairman (some Lord Blardy-blah), he doesn't like it much but at least I got my money back for the year they illegally took funds from my account for a service I didn't want or have, I also told him they had a cheek calling themselves 'British' Telecom, he didn't respond to that!!!!

yes thats why i changed to telewest I get cable tv ,phone and broad band for less than i was paying for phone and broadband from them
But even they are not as big a bag of shite as Npower (i hate the tossers from there )

Why would you think it wasn't?
It is a large corporation that operates in a society that doesn't give a f***....and why would it?
We are that society and we don't give a f*** either. We abuse people we discriminate, we grab what we can, we behave like animals....so why are we suprised when big organisations behave like this?
The fact is...we get the companies we deserve...we are all to blame

I found their Broadband package very quick to apply for by phone & easy to install. And I don't work for BT in case you are wondering.

I've saved a fortune since I changed to 18866,com. And their Broadband was crap.

i used to work for bt they will answer you eventually just keep on at them
