Can you fix my browser?

I have mozilla firefox and and the part at the top has disappeared, (where it says file, view, tools, favorites) it is gone and it is just blank there. What's wrong and how do I fix it?

Have you tried to re-install it?

This happens when you hit the F11 key. Press back the F11 key and it will show the whole window.

try refreshing the screen. or if u had installed a skin and are using it, maybe it didn't install right. u might have to reinstall it. or even reinstall firefox.
