I like Lilly! I think it sounds adorable. I'm going to name my daughter Isabella...it has become very popular too which makes me sad. I want her to have a unique name. Overall, I think you should pick the name you want regardless of how popular it is.

I like Lillian. Lynnlee is a little odd, in my opinion. I'm sure other people love it, but I'm trying to be honest with you because that's what you can expect to get on the street when people ask her name.
Francine is lovely, don't listen to anyone who disagrees. It's her middle name!
As for L names that are unique....
Lilith, Laine, Lorraine (:D), Lark, Lara, Lavender, Leala, Lorelei, Layla, Leila, Leighanna, Lena, Lenore (the most famous use of this name I can think of is in a really sad Edgar Allen Poe poem), Leona, Luna, Leauna, Louisa, Leslie (more popular, but I'm seeing less Leslies these days), Leora, Lexine, Lila, Lilah, Lilac, Lilia, Lilianna, Lilliana, Lira, Lisbet, Liseli, Livia, Lachlana, Logan (works for either, but you'd want a really feminine middle name to go with it), Larissa, Lorena, Luca, Lucille, Laurel, Lunette, Lydia, Lynnea, Lyric, Lyris.... there's tons more, but I can't think of any others....
