i used to do the exact same thing back in middle school, becasuse i was honesty a nice person. i just got used and tossed aside tooooo many times. because of this i became really cold and cynical towards the world and people in general. now i'm better, and i'm a still very generous person, but i have learned how to say NO to people who i know will just use me and not care. and i have learned to hold the people who actually care for me very close.

It's not that u're dumb, it's not even that u r kind. It all boils down to ur self-worth. Is ur time and comfort more or less important than theirs? When u honestly answer this question, u can start making a positive change. How much r u worth to U?

you're not a pushover. if you're like me you feel guilty whenever you say no so you say yes. unfortunatly, some people know it and may take advantage of that. if it's something you really don't want to do, for whatever reason, stick to your guns. don't feel bad cause you can't do everything for everyone.it's hard to say no at first but it gets easier each time. and don't feel you need to give an explanation either. it took me a while but i don't feel like i have to say yes all the time anymore.

It doesn't mean you are either. You probably are a good person, and would still be a good person if you said no.
It means you're not as assertive as you could be. People like assertive people! Google it and read up to your heart's content.
