Yes, particularly the ones seeking information rather than opinions/suggestions about relationship and family issues.
But people are lazy and don't want to invest time/energy in researching for themselves.
And like someone else said, this is a place to interact w/other people. Not to mention the points!!
Good question!

google searches dont automatically say tada heres the answer. spend hours searching or ask a question that will be answered thirty times in 2 minutes by possibly very knowledgable people? know exactly what words to type to produce the optimum result or just ask the question to living conciouse people?

Right on!!! I ignore or give the question a thumbs down when someone is too lazy or that dumb.
How 'bout the lack of spell check use? If I suspect English is not the person's first language, I appreciate their attempt & will respond.

Yes. But people are lazy and want others to do their job for them. They want all the answers just handed to them on a silver Internet platter.

Yeah, I know. But I guess it´s fun for most of the people. And it seems like a lot of people got a lot of time on their hands. Anywho...have a nice day!

YES I have and get annoyed with questions like
What is XYZ company's support telephone number?
or
What's the best way to drive from point a to point b?
or
Is it supposed to snow tomorrow?
well anyway you get my point.

most of them yeah, BUT there are some other quests, that can only be answered straight to the point because of human intuition of similar connections to others....

On the other hand, isn't it nice when someone answers with something NOT cut and pasted from Wikipedia?
