Are you asking because you fear you might've gotten a girl pregnant?
Alright, well let's start, I'm not the greatest person to explain this to you but. A boy has sperm, when a boy has an orgasm he ejaculates semen and that's where sperm can be found. If this mixes with a girls vaginal fluids, there is the possibility that the sperm will swim up the fallopian tubes and find the egg! Girls can get pregnant through sex. Some couples use the pull-out method (the boy pulls out of the vagina before he ejaculates) but she still can get pregnant. A boy still leaks semen before he orgasms. You can't always get pregnant on the first try, but it's possible. Just because a boy ejaculates into a girl doesn't mean that he got her pregnant. Anyways.. I really don't know what you want explained. All it takes is a boy (penis) + girl (vagina) + sex = baby.

Girls get pregnant when they have sexual intercourse with the opposite sex. in order to get pregnant the girl has to be ovulating about that time and when the sperm of the male gets into the females vagina this causes an egg to develop., and thats how a girl gets pregnant.

A female gets pregnant when a man ejaculates inside of her during sex. Semen is released containing sperm and if a female is ovulating (release of an egg once a month) then the sperm will fertilize her egg and a fetus is created which becomes a baby.
