Courage is to many people different, to me courage is to live life to the full every day as there is so much that can go wrong in life be as you wish and help others do the same. Nothing should stand in the way of dreams as we aspire to them but how many of us actually fullfill them the real ones i mean.

The only way I can answer this is to tell of a man I met while working as a hospital porter in Manchester. He was diagnosed as having arterial disease. I saw him walk onto the ward in the morning. That afternoon he had both legs amputated. I saw him on the ward in the evening - sitting by his bed in a chair - perfectly calm, and when talking to me perfectly charming and more concerned about the guy in the next bed than himself. The next day he discharged himself and went home to Liverpool. I've never forgotten this man's quiet courage in the face of adversity.

courage can be associated with so many things! Courage can be someone braving an illness, it can be a child trying sprouts for the first time! lol, it can be standing up to a bully, it really can mean so many things!!!

Courage means you dont take the easy way out. I'm really mad that my friends mother decided to commit suicide a week before christmas...that was just cowardly to do that.
