I Cant get Into The Indigo Plateau: Pokemon Green Leaf?

Question

Heres my problem, i have pokemon green leaf and im trying to go into the indigo plateau. I have battled in it before. This Lady is in the way of geting in the Indigo Plateau and she doesnt go away and she has been there for a long @ss heck time and keeps saying that one of the Elite four "Lorelei" is absent. I have all my Badges and i have gone back to all the places to see if i have missed something and there is nothing left to do that i know of. So if anyone knows what do do, PLEASE HELP!

Lorelei isnt there so you cant challenge the elite 4 for a time. You need to visit the sevii islands and defeat team rocket and accquire and return the ruby and sapphire gem stones to Celio. After this Lorelei will return and you can challenge the elite 4 again. But be careful they're lot stronger and some of them have new pokemon.

you get the national Dex by having more than 60 Pokemon then go to island 1 talk to celio and he will tell you that a gem is on the island actually it is a ruby and it is inside Mt. ember when you get near the bottom of the entrance of Mt. ember you will see to guys next to a cave approach em then they'll start talking and you'll have to battle em both and beat em then go inside navigate through there and eventually u will find the ruby get out of the mountain and go talk to celio he will give you the rainbow pass and now u can go to islands 4 - 7. then you go to island 4 there will be a breeding center u can now breed yay but more important go to ice fall cave at the top right corner of the the island. k u need surf u go to the cave cause you cant climb up the waterfall. once u get the TM waterfall inside the cave get out and climb the waterfall and go into the room you will see Lorelei battling three team rocket grunts she will take two of them (so unfair) and you get one(cheap).when you are done just exit the cave.Your not done yet! now skip two islands and go to island 6 go down and youll find a metal door when you get there get a pokemon to use the HM cut there and the door will open figure out the pattern to fall through the holes( sorry i dont remember the pattern. once you get to the bottom yay i found the Saphire im done!!!NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!u just go up to it and press A button and some nerd will come and jack it and telld u the second password(chansey) u will then have to go to island # 5 go right , a few grunts from rocket and get to their hide out type and it will ask you the passwords(goldeen log and chansey log) it will type em in automatically if you heard em before!!u will have to find your way through the maze. u will have to fight two rocket admins after that you will reach the nerd who didnt get the chanse to sell the Saphire cause of you and beat him in a battle and he will give the Saphire. take the saphire to celio on island 1 and you can now rebattle the elite four.
Oh but thats not all you can now catch one of the legendary dogs depending on your starter AND you can now trade to pokemon ruby and Saphire AND EMERALD!!!!!
Not done yet you can now go to Cerulian Cave which is Full of Super Pokemon lvl. 50-70(including Mewtwo!!!!!)Good luck catching him oh and use your masterball on him cause its impossible to catch him with any other pokemon unless you put him asleep good luck again hope you found this guide useful and trust me i didnt even use a guide for this i memorized it trust me i know every corner of Kahnto and Hoen!Im an expert!

Visit the islands. Go to vermilion City and used the new sailing ticket you got to sail to the extra islands. Leaf green/fire read isn't done after the elite 4, you have a lot to explore still.

here is what you do,first go to vermilion sity and takle the boat to one island,talk to celio and he will want you to find ruby(a stone) on island one,go to the place you see two rocket members standing(where a people teach you explosion),and a cave will appear behind them,when you get there you will hear them saying about the rocket ware house,when they discovered you they will stop talking,talk to them and fighting them,when you win both of them you can get into the cave,find the ruby stone in the cave and give it to celio,after you give it to celio,he will want you to get sappire stone in sevii island,and he will give you the rainbow pass which allow you to get to island 4,5,6 and 7.

Now go to island 4 and go into the cave,find the HM waterfall in the cave and use it to get up the waterfall.find the elite 4 member in it and she will want you to fight the rockets will her,win the rockets and she will want you to save the pokemons,go to six island,and find the dotted hole(check your map),infront of the dotted hole use cut and the door will open,go into the cave and get to the deepest part of the cave and find sappire,but you will not get it because a scientist will appear and snatch it away from you,in exchange he will left down the rocket warehouse's password.

Now go to 5 island and get to the rocket's warehouse,enter the password and you can proceed.they are a few rocket members in the rocket's warehouse,and two of them are quite strong,find the scientist in the house and defeat him and he will give you the sappire,now bring the sappire back to celio and now the network machine is done and the elite 4 member will return,but i suggesr you to train you pokemons to aleast LV 70 before you go back to fight the elite 4,because their pokemons are now stronger than before,all elite 4's pokemon are level 60 stleast so it is very difficult to fight,and now you can also catch mewtwo which is at LV 70,i suggest you use your master ball if you still have it,all else you can still catch it with ultra ball.
