hi,i was bullied when i was at school,10 years ago.i didnt have enough confidence to do anything about it,i put up with it day after day for 3 years till i left.once i left the school eviroment,i found i made friends easily n had lots of fun,i'm now a confident strong person.when i think about those who bullied me i feel sorry for them.
if you are being bullied at school tell some1.if its in the work place, report it.dont put up with it like i did,the chances are that they are bullying others,do it for them if not yourself.hold your head up and smile,1` day things will be betta, that i am sure of!

I am 13 and I makes you feel like you are trapped in a really deep pit and being bullied at high school since 2 years ago and to be full honest I can now just say that I am used to it and walk on but everyone says that you should tell someone but some people don't have anyone to talk to that will listen and when they try to say no one cares so then you fell a whole lot dearessed and it can also make you feel like you are in a really deep pit and no one can hear you and no one will help you get out of the pit that they have pushed you in to. I'm not saying you should hide and think about suicide because that is wrong just know that you are who you are and no one should make you change that. You are a beauty to your self and please do not do what I did and loose self esteem and confidence as it has not made my life any happier. Hope this is an answer you wanted.Xx

Everyone has been bullied at least once in their lifetime. I was bullied at school in 4th grade. Sometimes bullying is just people being jealous or trying to look cool. DO NOT bully the bully back. If you be mean to a bully, you are becoming a bully yourself. Keep away from the bully at all time, and if they do start being mean to you, just say calmly that it's their opinion, it doesn't matter to you and you don't care. Eventually they'll run out of insults and stop bullying you. Also tell a teacher/parent.

The best way to get rid of bullying is to stand up to them--and don't back down. I know it's sometimes easier said than done but it works--they will no longer find it a challenge to verbally bully you, and also it will make you feel a whole lot better to stick up for yourself and show others you won't take their BS. Good luck!!

Okay so all these comments are saying for you to stand up to bully's, no don't do that, i was being severely verbally bullied a lot in school, one day i flipped and ended up pulling the girls hair and dragging it down to the ground, worst mistake of my life, a few days after that we both agreed that it would be settled and that we would go our separate ways, it kinda helped it is not as severe as usual but it is still happening, my advice is fool-proof and i know because i did this, go to your doctor and say you have severe anxiety/deppression they will ask you if you are suicidal reply yes if you are alone if you are with someone reply no, chances are that they will likely refer you to a therapist, when you first see the therapist start crying as much as you can and tell them you need to get a doctor's note to move class because you have attempted suicide but did not actually so it, tell them that you are scared to go to school and you feel like killing yourself every night because of how bad it is they have no choice but to write a note, then your school must move you classes as you are a danger to yourself because of this and you really need to move, this worked for me, hope this helped xx

Hey! I was verbally bullied when I started High School. It was the worst 3 months of my life. I got fed up with it and at the time I was dealing with stress, depression, and just feeling down. I didn't have many friends I was a loner I had some but not many. I had a girl stick up for me because I was quiet so I was easily picked on. Plus, I was only friends with girls because obviously like I said I was sweet, quiet, and most guys can't stand it especially if you pay attention in school. I stayed strong until I broke. I basically went to the school counselor and was having a panic attack neither did she or the nurse help me. I was sent back to class and was yelled by the principal. Then my mom found out and she raised hell y'all. Don't mess with momma's baby obviously lol. Anyways, she took me out and I joined Penn Foster which I made A LOT OF FRIENDS in the same situation or other situations. I build my confidence and now I love to communicate, help people like us! I am always here for everyone and I make everyone smile, and people didn't believe me people meaning my family members grandma, aunt, uncles. They thought I was just going through stuff and joking. You can't joke about being bullied so that also didn't help. My answer to your question! Make friends, talk, build confidence in yourself. Don't let them get to you. They probably have their own problems and taking it out on you. I was called so many mean names and it got me down! MUSIC is also key! COUNSELING is good. Screw what people say about it it helped me vent about stuff including about bullies! If you tell on the person (I didn't because I feared them) it's the best thing to do in my opinion. TALK TO THE STAFF! Take it to the school bored. Get involved in only bully free community. JUST TRY TO LIVE YOUR LIFE WITHOUT DEPRESSION, STRESS, and BULLIES! BE HAPPY! As my teacher would say "Smile or walk out of my classroom" hahaa. Good luck with your situation my friend!

don't worry about the person i think people who verbally bully others are scared of the person they bully or are just jealous. you know that what that person is saying isn't true so even though it bothers you and it's going to be hard try to ignore it. once they see you don't care and others see that. yeah they might say meaner things but they'll be the one looking stupid.
