I wasn't allowed to date until was 16. I didn't really care too much, I wasn't the "friendly" type in high school. I have a daughter now, and I don't know when she'll be allowed to date. I think it depends on her. I think 16 is a good age to start dating, assuming you trust your daughter. I don't really think 15 is too young either. It depends on the maturity of the young lady in question. Can you trust her? Is she confident and proud of who she is as an individual? I think all these things are important things to consider when thinking about dating.
