You need to go and talk to a professional therapist right away! You may just be going through stressful stuff right now and you're having a hard time coping with them, but it sounds alot more serious then that. Go and talk to a therapist, they are totally helpful and its not like what you see in the movies, with having to lie down on a couch and spill your guts. My therapist and I take my dog for a walk and talk, or go grab coffee and sit in a park and talk.... therapy sessions are alot more informal and relaxed then TV makes them seem. And if you check with the Health Region Office for your area they will be able to help you get in touch with the right person. And if you can't afford therapy, they can help you find therapists that work with the Health Region and you won't be charged for the sessions.

Yes, I agree with another poster. Lots of incompetent and hostile remarks here. You don't have to go into a mental ward. The streets would be empty and the hospitals full if everybody with weird thoughts would end up there. NONSENSE!

What you can do right now is learn to distinguish between a thought and an action. I can fantasize in all detail how I poison my boss - but I am know that this is a revengeful thought that will harm nobody. It will create an emotional release and help me to cope with a stressful time. It is nothing but a thought, it comes and goes. I can also imagine my boss hoppping around iin a pink tutu performing Swan Lake. Even better. Hurts noone.

Another scenario occurs if you feel drawn to follow your angry thoughts and if you find it hard to controll them or to speak about them with others, pick up the phone and schedule an appointment with a mental health specialist. Behavioural cognitive therapy is a shortterm process that can help you to disconnect from these thoughts and create new thoughts that are happier and more constructive. All the best.

this is random~all people have the same feelings~don't u understand why they can't write the book?the game is over if i write the book~all thoughts are grouped, do the thought just as u describe and move on, the avoidance or denial or struggle with it is all losers, be it known just do the thoughts and then move on, too much worry about nothing, u are okay , i;m okay got it, there are way in u to do anything, u have to run the show u push wrong buttons and u will get hurt..two books u get to read right here and it will open the door one book is to c that u r beating ur head against this thought and book number two is to stop beating ur head against this thought, by breaking it down u can address the thing by dividing it first know your behavior and two stop your behavior, then program like a computer and move on..pushing u up is charging ur better batteries..fallow someone in life that has all the buttons pushed well and be in there company to improve memories resilience~life is input ~remember it is all just learned behaviorism and can be simple if u let fear, angry buttons go and move to a period in your life that u remember being okay and assuming it again

see a psychologist. to tell you anything right now or to try helping i need to know what these thoughts are what they are perpetuated my but you had best talk to someone who is a professional soon or you can hurt yourself and those around you.
try doing something that calms you down at the moment. and make sure you see a professional trained at dealing with such problems.
and if its in the heat of the moment that you cant trust yourself with your self even then there is always a hotline you can call....just do an online search for a crisis hotline in your area. the calls are confidential and the people are trained to handle all sorts of problems.

and people on this site may joke around with you for this which may further aggravate you...I AM TELLING YOU THAT THIS CAN HAPPEN TO PEOPLE AND THAT YOU SHOULD IGNORE SUCH COMMENTS.

I understand what you are going through. Sometimes I have this horrible hallucinations of me killing someone that is killing animals on my presence or when they are hurting my family. It's some crazy bull, however I try not to think about that. It's disgusting. I guess is the fear that is playing tricks on minds.

try to calm down and do your favorite things--just let everything go and try to rest. Maybe try to see a physiatrist tomorrow.

P.S. Leave her alone!

Hope this helps!
