For the same reason that you're not in prison.
You seem to think that Bush is stupid, and he's done stupid things, and ergo, needs to be in prison.
Likewise, I think that people who post stupid questions need to be in prison.
Fortunately, or maybe, unfortunately, stupidity is not yet a crime. Ergo, both of you remain free.

Mind numbing antidepressants?
BTW, Bush is a major stockholder in the company that produces Zyprexa.
American apathy and ignorance have kept him out of jail.
Why Americans are apathetic and ignorant is the million dollar question.
GW Bush Jr. will go to jail when enough clear minded people watch the Towers (and building 7) go straight down and realize it was one of the biggest controlled demolitions the world will ever see. It had to have taken 1000's of pounds of explosives and weeks of planning to turn a 100 story steel framed concrete building into asbestos laden dust and rubble.
Invest 1hr & 38 minutes and watch the link below if you consider yourself a patriot. Is 1 hr and 38 minutes too much to invest in your Nation?

You libs never cease to amaze me, or should I say give me a good laugh. Bush this, Bush that. Don't you have anything better to do that fabricate falsities and manifest hatred? But that's OK, Bush is a big man and can take the heat. That's why he's still the President, and why you libs will continue to snivel hatred towards that which you can't control.

There is no political courage in congress, on either side of the aisle. The news media ignores his crimes and at times, even provides him politcal cover. Bush has violated his oath of office blatantly and has violated the constitution, which he swore to uphold. He has lied to the nation on many occasions and investigations should be held to determine the war crimes he is responsible for.

God puts whom he will in power. For years we have been trusting in our own ways and military might to solve problems. Too many trust in our officials to solve age old problems like revenge, etc. We have the right to freedom of religion, and other freedoms, but I don't believe bloodshed will solve it. He is not in prison, because he had alot of backing from those who thought he would solve the oppression of our enemies, and their hatred. It is not all his fault, though I don't trust in anyone but Jesus Christ to save us from ourselves. The Lord was the only one willing to die for us, and take our sins upon himself. God is a God of love, and justice. We are to love and forgive even our most brutal enemies. Unfortunately, We are not always willing to do that.

You have to have committed a crime and be convicted of it then sentenced to prison. President Bush has not committed a crime.

By that question your asking people to ask you questions like why is he still president, why is he not dead, who elected him, why did he get elected. The simple answer for your question is that that the government is supporting bush because hes the president.
